Custom Sensors, Inc.

The following is a statement of the policies of Custom Sensors, Inc. concerning Limited Product Warranty, Return of Defective Products, and Product Return Policy.

Limited Warranty

Custom Sensors products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if label has been removed from product. Custom Sensors Inc. assumes no risk or liability for the results of the use of its products in combination with any electrical or electronic components, circuits, systems or assemblies or for the unsuitability of its products for use in any circuit, assembly or environment.

All statements, technical information and recommendations contained in any Custom Sensors, Inc. published material are based on data believed to be reliable, but accuracy and completeness thereof is not guaranteed.

Purchasers rights under this warranty shall consist solely of requiring the manufacturer to repair, or at the discretion of the manufacturer, replace, free of charge, any defective items received within the warranty period and determined by Custom Sensors, Inc. to be defective. The failure to give any advice or recommendation by the manufacturer shall not constitute any warranty by or impose any liability upon the manufacturer.

The foregoing constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the exclusive remedy of the manufacturer and is made in lieu of all other warrantees, expressed or implied as to the fitness for purpose sold, description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter.

Return of Defective Products

This policy covers return of products, purchased from Custom Sensors, Inc., where the date of invoice is 30 days or more, prior to the request for return of the product. The product will be covered under the Limited Warranty above. The customer must receive authorization from Custom Sensors, Inc. to return the product (call 315-252-3741 or email sales@csensors.com). Custom Sensors, Inc. will evaluate the Warranty claim. If justified, Custom Sensors, Inc. will repair or replace the product as outlined in the above Limited Warranty.

Product Return Policy

This does not apply to products designed by Custom Sensors, Inc. to customer specifications, or to software products, where the package has been opened.

A. Products Returned for Credit.
The customer must notify Custom Sensors, Inc. within thirty (30) days of the date of Invoice of the desire to return a product. The customer must receive authorization from Custom Sensors, Inc. to return the product (phone 315-252-3741 or email sales@csensors.com). All products must be returned in resaleable condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories, including manuals, power supplies, software disks, etc. After receipt and satisfactory evaluation of the returned product, a credit will be issued. The credit will be the original purchase price. If the product is not returned in resaleable condition, a restocking fee will be charged, and only partial credit given for the returned merchandise. The amount of the restocking charge is determined by Custom Sensors, Inc. In order to minimize product returns of this type.

B. Products Returned for Replacement.
The customer must notify Custom Sensors, Inc. within thirty (30) days of the date of Invoice of the desire to return a product. The customer must receive authorization from Custom Sensors, Inc. to return the product (call 315-252-3741 or email sales@csensors.com). All products must be returned in resaleable condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories, including manuals, power supplies, software disks, etc. If the product is determined to be defective, the product will be repaired or replaced. In situations where it is obvious that the customer has received a defective product.
